1 – FIELD OF APPLICATION

This privacy policy describes the provisions for the use of the Rhillane.com platform and the processing of personal data collected through contact forms. This policy aims to give you, the user, control over your personal data.

RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL collects the information you provide in particular when :

For the purposes of online payment of services, your bank details (personal and professional) are collected and stored by our payment service provider.

Some RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL Services also require the collection of geolocation data from Users when they connect to the Platform. In the case of responses to satisfaction surveys offered to Users via the Platform, or when data is used for the Company’s internal activity statistics, Personal Data is anonymized.

  • Object to the processing of your personal data, for reasons relating to your particular case. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing, including the profiling associated with such direct prospecting.

In accordance with current regulations, in addition to your rights above, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the “Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère personnel” (CNDP).

5 – PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The party responsible for collecting, processing and storing Personal Data is :

  • For Personal Data collected as part of the creation of the User’s personal account and browsing on the platform : RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL company ;
  • For Personal Data collected by Professionals in preparation for services and during appointments made by Users via RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL : Each registered Professional working in any field.

In this case, each Professional registered with RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL is considered to be responsible for the processing of Personal Data and RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL is considered to be the subcontractor of the registered Professionals. This means that RHILLANE MARKETING DIGITAL, in its capacity as subcontractor, can only intervene in the Personal Data processed by the Professionals on the instructions of the Professional responsible.

6 – IP ADDRESSES/COOKIES

Rhillane.com‘s web server automatically collects IP addresses. Your IP address is a series of numbers by which computers can identify your terminal on the network, so that data, such as web pages, can be loaded onto your terminal. An IP address cannot be used to identify you by name.

A cookie is a file stored on your desktop or mobile terminal. This cookie is activated and consulted when you visit Rhillane.com platform.
